Step-by-step guide
Our goal is to present a clear step by step guideline of the whole process starting from your decision to undergo a treatment till your arrival back home.
Our services are individually customised for each patient following a ten step guideline described in more details below.
Please read through to make sure you are aware of all the requirements from your side as well as what you can expect from us as leaders in offering medical tourism services in Hungary.

You have already made the decision to undergo your medical care treatment and started searching for clinics abroad. Reaching to our website is the first step towards a better look and feel of you.
Prior visiting us in Hungary, we have prepared detailed descriptions about each type of treatment or surgery procedure you should carefully read through. Please pick the desired category below and find the treatment of your choice:
Your very first contact
The second step is your first contact with us after reading through the details about the desired treatment. You already know a lot and probably ready to fill in our consultation form or in case you still have unanswered questions you can either call or email our customer care coordinator.
There are three ways you can contact us as follows:

Receive customised treatment plan and quote after exchange of details
Prior any treatment procedure we will need more information about your health status, results of pre-examination tests, X-rays and pictures might be needed of the area which should be treated.
After exchanging all details usually by mail and occasionally by phone as well, you will receive your customised treatment plan and the quote with the total price of the procedure.
For some treatments you will need to undergo a pre-examination either at your home or you can have it at our clinics here in Budapest. You can find the list of needed pre-examination tests on our web pages for each treatment or surgery type.
Your confirmation for treatment
At this stage you know everything about the procedure and it’s time for you to decide when to benefit from our services.
The confirmation process usually involves the following requirements from your side:
- confirmation should be sent by e-mail
- state exactly when would be more suitable for you
- if you’d like us to book your accommodation
- leisure time activities you might be interested in
- provide a mobile number
- any other special arrangements
In case you want us to book your room then let us know the name of the Hotel, type of room or special room service you might need. A mobile number is needed to make sure we can always contact you while your stay in Hungary (in case you don’t have a mobile phone, let us know and we’ll provide one for you).
Booking airline tickets and accommodation
The fifth step involves booking your airline tickets and accommodation. There is a broad range of cheap airfare offers listed here. You can make your own choice which airline company suits you better.
It is important to let us know your flight details to know exactly when you arrive to Ferihegy airport. Also, it would be advisable to check if you are eligible for a visa-free travel to Hungary (table II.).
At this stage make sure you have saved the mobile number (+36-20-2730548) of our customer care coordinator.
Arrival to Budapest
One of our delegates will greet you at the Ferihegy airport and get you transferred to the Hotel in a comfortable air-conditioned van. No worries for taxi or any other means of public transportation!
We’ll take care of your airport-hotel-clinic transfer during your stay.
Accommodation
You will be transferred to the Hotel where you’ll book in the room. Our accommodation facilities we offer meet all standard requirements to make you feel comfortable.
Please contact our customer care coordinator in case you need any information. One of our top priorities is to make our patients feel they are being taken care of all through their stay.
Attend your first consultation / procedure
Usually patients are asked to arrive at least one day before the surgery to have time for a short period of relaxation. In case your treatment needs special pre-examination tests and you didn’t have them at home then you will be examined here at our clinics in Budapest.
After examination you will undergo the treatment.
Pricing and Payment
Payment will be made only after execution of treatment or surgery (quoted price at step three).

Leisure activities
Depending on surgery type and patient’s wish, we will organise customised recreational programs such as city tours by bus visiting most attractive landmarks in Budapest or short trips to other famous locations throughout Hungary.
In addition to this there are spa and wellness programs available as well.

Back home & follow up
After returning home, we encourage you to stay in contact with us, if you have any questions, please contact us and we will respond promptly and accordingly.
Feedback
Just like all our previous patients, you as well will receive a form to be filled in informing us about the level of services we provide. There will be some general questions to be answered and it takes only ten minutes to complete.
We also ask you for suggestions in order to improve our services and let us know openly what was you felt is unprofessional or something which made you feel uncomfortable.
